The opening ceremony of the 163rd Academic Year of the Politecnico di Milano has taken place.
The speech held by Rector Donatella Sciuto was focused on the Politecnico’s role as an intermediary, a body with the ability to piece together the bigger picture; an institution that can turn change into something meaningful, through critical thinking and measured reflection on the role of technology.
Today, more than ever, we need free spaces in which to exercise our autonomy, far from autocratic ideologies.
