Descrizione dell'iniziativa
Ideate, Invent, Innovate: From Ideas to Prototypes is a hackathon organized as part of PEoPLe@DEIB, a series of events within the Politecnico di Milano's innovative teaching initiative, *Passion in Action*. The event is structured as a three-phase competition:
1. Phase One consists of a series of lectures introducing participants to the topics and technologies that underpin the hackathon.
2. Phase Two is the 48-hour hackathon competition itself. During this stage, teams of three will compete to demonstrate that they have the most promising idea and the right group of people to bring it to life.
3. Phase Three, the final phase, allows the top 3-4 teams from Phase Two to work at the NECSTLab for two months, with guidance from mentors to develop their prototype. The teams will present their final projects at the NECST Research Line Fair Event (#NRLFE), a conference scheduled for January 31, 2025, in the DEIB Conference Room. Following the NRLFE, a winning team will be chosen for the course, "Ideate, Invent, Innovate: From Ideas to Prototypes"!
