Descrizione dell'iniziativa
The course is divided into diversified activities: lessons, stimulating participation with quick questions and equally quick answers, , team work and single work, analysis of typical work situations (from relational to managerial ones) and related problem solving, simulation of several job interviews (for each participant). The aim is to stimulate the exercise of a sort of self-assessment on the response to the stimuli that inevitably emerge in the participation in working and relational life in the work teams of companies. The speakers come from the business world.The course is held by the Sodalitas Foundation and was developed in collaboration with Assolombarda.
